SAP HR Senior Consultant

	Implementation of SAP HR projects in Klang Valley. Regional position are also available (South East Asia region)

Web Application Analyst

	Utilise technical expertise to address incidents and problems within stipulated SLA
	Participate in Regional and Local application enhancement and projects
	Minimum 2 years experience in system development, maintenance or support functions
	Experience in any one of the following: Java Technologies, MS .Net Technologies, Websphere, PHP

Project Manager (PMO)

	Responsible for ensuring that projects are achieved to quality and according to SLAs
	Responsible for setting up project teams according to project nature, managing costs and budget set
	Progress control / reporting, risks / issue management and quality management
	Minimum 2 years experience in leading and delivering projects and proficient in project management methodologies i.e PMP / Prince2 is an added advantage
	Ability to influence upwards and across by negotiating realistic expectations and deadlines

Service Delivery Manager (3 positions)

	Work closely with local / regional counterparts in ensuring the services scope, service agreements and service charges are delivered in a timely manner
	Actively review and recommend improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and requirements
	Preferably 2 years of experience in Shared Services/ BPO / Support environment / Continuous Improvement projects / Account Management / Change Management
	University graduate with at least 3 years of working experience

SAP Basis Consultant

	Project preparation and deployment; implement extensions, modifications/enhancements, transportations and interfaces to existing SAP systems.
	Communicate and coordinate with end users, contractors, system administrators and other development or maintenance personnel for smooth transition and transports.
	Min 2 years of SAP BASIS experience with min 1 production installations
	Exposure in SAP 4.6C, 4.7, ECC5/6 with multi-OS (Windows, Unix, AS/400) experience is preferred
	Database back-up and restore for MS SQL, DB2 and Oracle is required
